STATUTES AND BYLAWS
The Statutes of the RTRS express the rights and obligations of the several members of the association. They define how the organization will be managed.
The Bylaws describe in more detail the specific rights and duties of the General Assembly (consisting of participating members and observing members) and the Executive Board. In addition it describes the inner structure and mechanisms of the RTRS, the process of acceptance of new members, the appointment and duties of the Secretariat and Executive Secretary, the voting rights and the execution structure etc.
